The Secure Payment System is a service that enables you to complete second hand vehicle purchase transactions quickly, easily, and securely. With ON Secure Payment, the transfer of vehicle ownership and payment can be made simultaneously and securely without the need to carry cash!
Secure Payment is an application that allows the transfer of the sales price of all second-hand vehicles to the seller in a fast, easy, and secure manner, while also transferring vehicle ownership to the buyer. This system eliminates the risks associated with carrying cash. The use of the Secure Payment System is mandatory by law for second-hand vehicle transactions.
It is the transaction number sent via SMS to the buyer. With this reference number received via SMS, the buyer can transfer the vehicle payment through ON Mobile.
A maximum of 2,000,000 TRY can be transferred in a single transaction through Secure Payment. For transactions where the vehicle price is higher, payment can be made in multiple installments to banks that accept partial payments.
If you believe there was an error in the information entered during the application, you can cancel the transaction and restart the application process.
You can cancel the transaction before the registration process is completed at the notary. In this case, you need to inform the notary and have the transaction canceled, or you can cancel the transaction directly with the bank you initiated the process with. If the cancellation is not made, and
if the registration process has not been completed by the end of business hours on the day following the initiation of the transaction, the system will automatically cancel the transaction.
If you cancel the transaction, you can inform the notary and have it canceled. If needed, you can contact the customer service department of the bank where the payment was sent for a refund.
A fee determined by the Union of Notaries of Turkey applies to the use of the Secure Payment System. The collection of this fee from the buyer or seller may vary according to the practices of different banks. No fee is charged by our bank for sending money to the seller using the reference
number.
