In this context, the installments of consumer loans belonging to our customers residing in the cities of Adana, Adıyaman, Diyarbakır, Gaziantep, Hatay, Kahramanmaraş, Kilis, Malatya, Osmaniye and Şanlıurfa, which were affected by the earthquake, were postponed for 6 months without interest. We would like you to know that in this process, no delay notification will be made to your account and no delay interest will be charged.

Remittance, EFT and FAST transactions of our ON customers continue to be free of charge, and this also includes donation accounts. The fast transaction limit and the payment transaction limit with QR code at the workplace have been updated to 20.000 TL.

Our customers who have a residence address in the earthquake zone can also withdraw or deposit money from ATMs of other banks free of charge.
